Yoga Basics Course with Diletta

Before we wrap up our first year of activities, we’d like to offer you a special Yoga Basics course.
Course Structure
This is a series of four 90-minute workshops, focused on posture technique, alignment, and personalized adaptation — always approached in an accessible and respectful way, considering the needs of each body. Each session will focus on a specific aspect of posture practice: alignment, variations adapted to your specific case, the use of props (such as blocks or straps), and the meaning behind each asana.

Saturday, September 20
Standing Asanas: practice of alignment, strength, balance, and awareness of our direct connection to the earth. -
Saturday, September 27
Forward Bends: practice of flexibility and exploration of the spine through key postures and Sun Salutations. -
Saturday, October 18
Backbends: practice of opening the front body, increasing thoracic mobility, and strengthening the back. -
Saturday, October 25
Inversions, mantra chanting, breathwork, meditation, and integration of everything learned.
